On transformation of analytic and synthetic document handling in CSAL

There is considered in process the analytic and synthetic document handling in CSAL. The gradual complication of processes and increasing informativity of informative resources: in bibliographical entry by introducing the RUSMARC format, in indexing by adding other 2 information retrieval languages is emphasized. The annotation processes were added with abstracting and composing analytical reviews.
