Transhumanism and the prospects of humanism

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the study of human nature from the perspective of transhumanism. The paper presents a comparative analysis of humanistic ideas and transhumanistic ideals of modern society. The authors substantiate the goals of transhumanism and its impact on the development of medicine. Particular attention is devote to the question of the feasibility of transhumanism for man and his future.
