The contribution of outstanding scientist Rossinskiy Boris Vulfovich in the Russian administrative science

Introduction: The article was prepared for the 75th anniversary of Professor Boris Vulfovich Rossinskiy. The article analyzes the main proceedings of the scientist, his contribution to the development of domestic administrative law and litigation, and also provides significant facts from the biography of the professor. Materials and Methods: The basis of the article is formed by the data of the biography of Professor Boris Vulfovich Rossinskiy, his main scientific proceedings, the memoirs of his students and followers. The methodological basis of the study was the general dialectical method of scientific cognition, which is universal in nature, the methods of logical deduction, induction, cognitive methods, comparison, analysis, synthesis and description. Results of the Study: made it possible to show the invaluable contribution of the scientist to the development of domestic administrative law, in particular, in improving the system of state management of road safety activities. Findings and Conclusions: Boris Vulfovich Rossinskiy is one of the leading scientists in the field of Russian administrative law, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation.
