About Vladimir Sergeyevich Commissarov (in honor of the 70th anniversary of the scientist)

The article is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Professor V.S. Komissarov, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Law Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Doctor of Law, Chairman of the Russian Criminal Law Congress. The article reveals his role as a creator of formal and informal associations of criminal scientists to establish and strengthen the complex system of scientific and personal communications of representatives of criminal law science. The article analyzes the views of this prominent theorist of criminal law on the institute of complicity in crime developed by him.
