About influence of legal philosophy of P. I. Novgorodtsev on formation of legal Eurasian views N. N. Alekseev

The article substantiates the idea that P. I. Novgorodtsev had a significant impact on the N. N. Alekseev, focusing his attention on the philosophical and legal issues. Analyzed common for the studying personalities philosophical aspects: belonging to the school of natural law, which continues the Socratic tradition of rational ethics on Russian soil, a tireless research of the legal harmony of the new world to overcome the crisis of justice, etc. The second thesis of the article: N. N. Alekseev evolved from separate original philosophical ideas to create a distinctive Eurasian philosophical and legal concepts. Examined his arguments on the legal ideal (not existing, but that should be) based on the moral philosophy; differences from the religious, moral ideal; he build a hierarchy of values, the apex of which is the moral potential of the individual, etc. Considers representations of N. N. Alekseev on Eurasian philosophical and legal views.
