About the perception of the political leadership at the regional level

The data of the mass sociological survey, held in 2014, shows that according to the mass opinion the leadership elite is responsible for the stability of the situation in the country, in the region and at the local level. And Russian citizen used to think that the responsible elite includes the President of the Russian Federation, the territorial executive authorities as well as the local self-government bodies.
