On possible origin of the Earth's atmosphere electricity

The model of the Earth's atmosphere electrization caused by dominating transport of air mass of under cyclonic processes from west to east across geomagnetic field lines is proposed. This transport results in transformation of kinetic energy of moving gaseous electroconductive air mass slightly ionized by cosmic rays and radioactive agents, to electric energy, as this takes place in MHD generators
