About the possibility of using the maneuver by the driver of the vehicle and his actions in a state of extreme necessity

To study the problem of the use of maneuver by the driver of a vehicle in critical situations. Legal and formal legal methods were used. The article draws attention to the problems of evaluation by the investigation and the court of the actions of the driver of the vehicle in various road situations. The article, which has serious practical significance, provides a justification for the need for a proper technical and legal assessment of the actions of the driver of the vehicle when applying the maneuver. Examples of investigative and judicial practice of practical importance are given.
