About the possibility of participation Arg-X protease-sensitives in spatial reorganization of chromatin suprastruktures as a physiological factor of the mechanism of adaptation and stability of plants

Properties of dynamics of the contents of protein components, Arg-X proteolysis at different levels of spatial-temporal reorganization of interphase chromatin during the G1-phases of the cell cycle of embryos are described during germination of seeds summer (Artemovka) and consistently transformed from it winter (Mironovskaya 808) and summer (Mironovskaya summer) wheat in the normal conditions and in the presence of a protein deacetylation inhibitor. The participation Arg-X proteolysis in the epigenetic mechanisms is discussed.
