Concerning the possibility of unification of approaches to management of the socio-economic development programs in the regions of the Siberian federal district

The article considers a possibility of unification of the approaches to management of the long-term target programs of the social and economic development of regions by the example of the Siberian Federal District. Basing on the analysis of the regulatory legal acts and the experience of program management of socioeconomic development of Siberian regions, the authors formulate a unified definition of the long-term target program concept.
