Concerning possible methods of work with troubled debt

The objective of the article is to consider the possible methods of work with troubled debt for the purpose of minimization of economic losses. The necessity of trustworthy and dubious borrower classification is justified. The author describes the model of work with loan indebtedness, which unites the interests of all parties of the process: a creditor bank, a good faith debtor who is unable to serve the loan debt due to external factors, a potential buyer of the mortgaged property.
