Detention of the accused (on the examples of criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia)

The article is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of detention of the accused committing crimes under the CCP of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia and judicial practice. The author focuses his attention on the practice of the courts of the Republic of Abkhazia for the purpose of identifying and overcoming law enforcement errors.
