On the legislative regulation of a new legal institution - public-private partnership

This article describes the new legal institution - a public-private partnership. The characteristic of the bill passed its first reading is given. An apparent interconnection between investment law and the institution of the PPP is seen. The conclusion is made of declarative nature of this act and the need for more detailed stipulation of such important form of interaction between the state and private capital.
