The article is devoted to the legislative regulation of relations in the sphere of entrepreneurship, namely the suppression of violations of the exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity or means of individualization. In particular, it examines the main types of unfair competition, the procedure for handling cases of violation of the Russian antimonopoly legislation, penalties for such violations.
