About protection of the rights of owners of financial instruments (substantive law and procedural law aspects)

An attempt is made to formulate some conceptual provisions concerning the protection of the rights of participants in the financial instruments civil turnover. According to the financial instrument construction, the features of protection of the rights of securities owners and derivative financial instruments holders are highlighted. The idea of the need to streamline the classification of financial instruments and the doctrinal development of the category of financial instrument as a basis for the development of a uniform regime to protect the interests of rights holders.
