On the value of the international acts for protection of the rights and freedoms of the person and establishment of limits of its restriction

The article is devoted to the influence of international law on institute of protec tion of the rights and freedoms of the person. Taking into account various interna tional acts limits of restriction of the rights and freedoms of the person are consid ered. The attention to a role and value of international law for the Russian Fed eration is paid, examples of recommendations of the international organizations, other international acts of advisory, moral and political nature which gained the greatest distribution in national court practice are given.
