On activation of the peripheral economies in the region with character (on the Republic Dagestan example)

In article the characteristic features of peripheral economy of the region of Russia finding expression in aspiration to formation of their economy on the basis of continuous reproduction spatially of limited vectors of economic relations with leading enterprises of the central regions of the country, and also an unsatisfactory condition of the public environment are considered. The author considers both factors the main reasons which aren't promoting turning on of mechanisms of economic development. On the example of the Republic of Dagestan measures which would allow to open the creation potential directed on mobilization of internal reserves of development of the region for the purpose of overcoming of lag in economic development are considered.
