About the active accounting systems of intellectual property rights

The utilization of new technologies, including the blockchain technology, has affected traffic of IP materially. This technology is widely usedfor creating IP registration systems, IP transaction registration, royalty distribution, IP project investing. Methods and frames of legal regulation are still not estimated. The article deals with the capabilities for using the technology for dynamic copyright registration. The existing problems (possible double IP registration, ownership priority) and possible solutions are considered in this article. The author provides the direction for future legal work, which should address risks connected with utilization the blockchain technology in copyright registration.
