On the relevance of finding solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of federal civil servants of the Russian Federation

The article below defines and justifies the relevance of finding solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Federal civil servants of the Russian Federation. The current mechanism for evaluating the activities of state civil servants is described as the first stage on the way to improving its effectiveness, and its low efficiency is proved. The article analyzes the publication activity of domestic and foreign scientists on the effectiveness of the state civil service in General; it is concluded that this issue is poorly developed, despite the requests of the state and society. The information base of the research presented below is the works of domestic and foreign researchers published in journals and conference materials, regulatory legal acts of Federal authorities of the Russian Federation, and data from the e-library portal of the scientific electronic library. The research corresponds to the code of the specialty 08.00.05 Economics and management of the national economy (5. Labour economics. 5.3. The results of this study can be used to justify the need for in-depth study and development of the methodological base, as well as recommendations for improving tools and methods for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Federal civil servants
