About the algorithm of the solution of the problem carriage and its realization

A variant of the original algorithm for solving the problem of optimisation of cargo delivery planning is proposed, which will allow developing circular routes of transport. As a result of the routeing of traffic, a reduction in unproductive empty runs is achieved, improving the quality of service and reducing transport costs.
