About questioning the small farming holders for determining their potential marketable surplus

The main stages for questioning of the private subsidiary small holdings and peasant farms are shown, that helps to determine their real marketable surplus and its further increasing. Contents and structure of the questionnaire as well as the searching and collecting ways of information are substantiated, the factors of representation and reliability of the finding data are analyzed.
