About use of classified flat sheet sound-absorbing materials as effective noise-damping lining of automobile components

In the work the objective criteria of choosing the marks of sound-absorbing materials were explained basing on the classification of their sound-absorbing properties. 75 marks of flat sheet sound-absorbing materials of 24 manufacturers were investigated. The article gives the information about reverberation coefficient values of sound absorption and acoustic quality of various types and marks of sheet materials.
