On the redundancy and gaps of reforming criminal legislation in order to protect the digital economy

The article is devoted to some problems of modernization of the domestic criminal legislation in the part of countering computer crimes of economic orientation. Based on the available points of view, the author formulates specific recommendations in the science of criminal law, generalization and analysis of the materials of forensic investigation.
