On measurement of the differentiation degree of criminality of extremist and terrorist orientation

In this paper the authors are proposed the use of a special rate in the analysis of criminality of terrorist and extremist orienta- tion. The concentration factor (a measure of differentiation) is described the dispersion of coefficients' indicators of extremist and terrorist criminality in federal districts of the Russian Federation. The analysis is based on data of statistical reporting forms, analytical data of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. Estimations have been performed through the use of IBM SPSS Statistics package.
