On the efficiency of administrative legal measures in the field of illegal trafficking of drugs

Introduction: the turnover of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, as well as new, potentially dangerous psychoactive substances, is subject to constant monitoring by the state. Reduced control entails a serious negative impact on human health, society as a whole. The system for the prevention and suppression of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, built at the state level, is a combination of means and methods to prevent or timely prevent the spread of dangerous substances. However, in the course of law enforcement, certain problems arise that the author draws attention to in the article.
