About the efficiency of special economic zones

The article is about the creation and operation of special economic zones (SEZ) on the territory of Russia. It is argued that the existing system of evaluation does not allow taking into account a number of factors affecting the effectiveness of the operation of each specific SEZ. Accounting for these problems will help to improve the performance of these zones.
