On ethical aspects of forensic evaluation of expert findings

This research focuses on analyzing ethical side of forensic evaluation of expert findings. The paper proves the necessity to understand moral and ethical grounds of the results of forensic evaluation of expert findings. The author reviews situations in which a specialist can come to a biased conclusion when conducting forensic evaluation of expert findings. The author proposes some requirements to be met by a specialist for an objective, professional forensic evaluation of expert findings. Some recommendations that allow specialists to assess expert findings in strict accordance with ethical requirements are given.
