On the obligatoriness of execution of the Constitutional Court's rulings

The issue of obligatoriness of execution of all Constitutional Court's rulings (regulations, definitions) is viewed in the Article. Regulations and definitions of the Constitutional Court, on which the Constitutional Court points out as obligatory, are analysed, the specified feature being revealed. In addition, the problems, connected with the execution of the Constitutional Court's rulings emerging in sphere of law-enforcement bodies' activity, are raised.
