Distant radical criminal acts have a sharp impact on stability in civil order and legal consciousness which created a new stage of criminalization. Academic society continues discuss the desirability and permissibility of certain parts of criminalization including related to public distribution of misleading specific information. Taking this into account, theoretical and applied research on specific manifestations of such criminal activity becomes particularly relevant.
