The rhetorical modality can be defined as a general perlocutive problem, or idea, of media discourse texts. It is inherent in all massmedia language texts, irrespective of their genre accessory: genre is a secondary asset in formation of rhetorical modality of mediatext. All the mediadiscourse has a single rhetorical hipermodality, that can be formulated as a formation of addressee's only real picture of the world-media picture. It is always just a comment on the objective picture of the world.
