About restriction for occupation of business activities in case of recognition of the individual entrepreneur by the bankrupt

The article considers an innovation that contributes to the restoration of the property state of an individual entrepreneur, the deliberation of his actions in his economic activity, and also serves as additional protection for potential creditors. These objectives are proposed to be achieved through a longer restriction on engaging in entrepreneurial activities.
