On determining the actual losses of electricity suppliers in case of its unaccounted consumption

The article proposes methods that are novel in law enforcement practice for determining the actual losses of electricity suppliers with its unaccounted consumption. The values of the actual losses of Suppliers in the event of unauthorized interference with the electric metering device will be a benchmark for assessing the proportionality of the amount of compensation for damage caused as a result of calculations according to the formulas established by law.
