About experience of atypical neuroleptics application in practice of treatment of schizophrenic patients

The present article is devoted to research of 106 patients with schizophrenia, 71 from whom were under regular medical check-up and took a cure in ambulant conditions, and 35 patients were treated in the hospital. All patients were treated with atypical neuroleptics. The effectiveness of the treatment was estimated with the aid of psychometrical scales (CGI, visually - analogue scale). As a result of the treatment no hard complications and side effects were revealed. Patients had positive dynamics in mental status displaying in a state of reduction of positive and negative disorders. So atypical neuroleptics are preparations of choice for the treatment of the patients with schizophrenia as in a hospital as in ambulant conditions.
