The paper summarizes results of development efforts that were conducted at Research and Development Institute of Mechanical Engineering during the period of 2016–2024 to develop low-thrust rocket engines running on environmentallyfriendly propellant components that used gaseous oxygen as the oxidizer, and naphthyl, methane (gas) and hydrogen (gas) as the fuels. It analyzes data obtained in experimental studies. It describes experience of using additive technologies, which have reached a state of art enabling sufficient precision in manufacturing in the form of a monolithic part of geometrically-complex thrust chambers for low-thrust rocket engines, providing effective cooling for the structure and high combustion efficiency for propellant components. The presented results made it possible to successfully complete a series of research and development activities at the Research and Development Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
