On the organization of regional biology olympiad for pupils named after S.V. saksonov in the Samara region

Since 2024 in the Samara region is held a regional Olympiad on biology for pupils of 7th and 8th grade, dedicated to the memory of professor, botanist, environmentalist, organizer and popularizer of science Sergei Vladimirovich Saksonov at the Samara regional center for gifted children. For the first time, it was attended by 910 students from Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Belgorod, Arkhangelsk regions, Donetsk People Republic and Mari El Republic. The winners of the Olympiad were 1 and 5 pupils, and 12 and 17 pupils in the 7th and 8th grade, respectively.
