Concerning organizational design of diversified entrepreneurial business systems based on the fractal conception

The article deals with the modern trends of organizational design. The author discusses specific characteristics and features of diversified entrepreneurial business systems distinguishing them from corporate and network organizations. The paper considers the fractal concept as a specific feature typical for diversified entrepreneurial business systems as complex structures, which allows to differentiate the studied business systems from other multifunctional structures.
