Concerning the fundamentals of denationalization

The article deals with the concept of denationalization, its relationship with the concept of privatization. Legislative recognition of the denationalization concept is related to the USSR Law "Concerning fundamental principles of denationalization and privatization" dated July, 1,1991. Meanwhile, the modern legal literature has no conclusive answer what the denationalization means. However, the analysis of the concept of denationalization allows the author to conclude that denationalization is still relevant in the present conditions.
