The article analyses the problems which migrant youth face when integrating to the multicultural educational setting of the USA and New Zealand. On the basis of two ethnic groups, Chinese and Russians, common and specific features of adaptation of this youth to the multicultural educational setting of these countries are shown. The ways to eliminate problems of youth adaptation are diiscusse as well.
