On the main issues of legislative support of anti-corruption and measures to address them

Purpose: Development of measures aimed at solving the main problems of legislative provision of anti-corruption. Methodology: Formal legal and statistical methods were used. Results: Article is devoted to the study of the basic problems of legislative support in combating corruption. The author examines the legal framework in the declared area, summarizes the views of a number of scientists to speak out on the subject. The author comes to the conclusion that deep an independent anti-corruption expertise. In addition, the article has a number of specific proposals aimed at improving the mechanism for combating corruption.
