About features of development of ecological crime

This article is devoted to the General characteristics of the state of environmental crime in Russia. it considers the prerequisites that contribute to the development of environmental crimes, such as violation of environmental protection rules, pollution of water bodies, the marine environment, and air. The purpose of the study is to study criminological issues related to the emergence and development of environmental crimes. The research methods were General and special methods of scientific knowledge, such as comparative legal, statistical, legal method, General scientific method and formal legal method. The result of the study is a conclusion about the factors that influence the occurrence and development of environmental crimes. In order to come to these conclusions, the article examines data on crimes committed in the field of ecology and what damage these crimes cause to the environment, animals, fish, plants, forests, air, etc.
