About responsibility for crimes in sphere of criminal legal proceedings under the criminal legislation to soviet the period

In article the short analysis criminally-rules of law, establishing responsibility for the crimes made at realisation of criminal legal proceedings, in to soviet the period of the Russian state is carried out. The given norms were an original guarantee of observance of an order of criminal legal proceedings. The knowledge of features of genesis of the criminal legislation in this part allows to understand more deeply essence of the operating criminal law, in particular гл. 31 criminal codes of Russian Federation (Crimes against justice).
