Criminal-legal and criminological aspects of the personality of a criminal and criminal behavior

Introduction: The article examines the criminal behavior of a person both in criminal law and criminological aspects. It is argued that the identity of a criminal is a central element in criminal law and criminology, and therefore the assessment of its properties allows to plan and implement measures to suppress and prevent crimes.
