On criminal liability for intentional destruction or damage, as well as illegal trafficking of especially valuable plants and mushrooms

In the article, the author analyzes the signs of a crime under Art. 2601 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to the subject of the crime. The author comes to the conclusion that it is justified to introduce criminal liability for intentional destruction or damage, as well as the trafficking of especially valuable plants and mushrooms. Some possible problems with the application of the norm in question by law enforcement agencies are also noted.
