Combining instruments of state and market management in the system of anti-crisis management

An important feature of the modern management system is taking into account the specific impact on the organization of external factors generated by global instability. The most noticeable impact today is exerted by various, difficult to predict, sanctions, the effect of which can often not be minimized using well-known, well-established risk management tools. This forms the basis of a scientific and practical task aimed at creating a risk management mechanism that allows us to effectively solve the problems caused by sanctions by combining the management efforts of the state and the management of organizations. The article, based on a theoretical analysis of crisis management systems used by the state and business, proves the need and possibility of combining them into a single mechanism. The authors predict the emergence of a synergistic effect, providing not only the solution to this problem, but also stimulating the further development of organizations. The work also substantiates the directions for further research in the area under consideration in a territorial and sectoral context.
