An objective change in the parameters of financial business environment in modern conditions: assessment and prospects

This article discusses the changes in the parameters of financial business environ ment in Russia in the light of the political events held in the Crimea and South-East of Ukraine and the actions of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. It ana lyzes the main economic and financial implications of the introduction of Western “sectoral” sanctions and the prices falling of oil markets, and their impact on the financial environment of business.
