Cultural sovereignty of Russian regions: importance of cultural and natural heritage (on the example of Vologda region)

The article examines the importance of cultural and natural heritage sites for preserving national identity and sustainable development of territories, using the example of the Vologda Region. The authors describe the results of a survey of cultural workers, which was aimed at identifying key sites and phenomena that shape the cultural and natural image of the region.
