Ensuring a balance of interests of participants in leasing relations in a pandemic and in other emergency circumstances

The authors consider how the rights are protected and the balance of interests of subjects in the field of financial leasing (leasing) is ensured during the pandemic. Analyze the Review of the Supreme Court on the application of legislation and measures to combat the spread of coronavirus infection. They come to the conclusion that, despite the measures taken by the legislator of state support for entrepreneurs, in order to ensure full and adequate guarantees of leasing activities in emergency situations, it is necessary to unifythe legal regulation.
