The article is devoted to financial stability and solvency of construction organizations. The concept and significance of financial stability and solvency of the enterprise are described. Financial stability and solvency of the enterprise are one of the main characteristics of its financial condition and are more meaningful and concentrated indicators reflecting the degree of its solvency and creditworthiness. The concepts of financial sustainability of an enterprise are studied, and directions for improving the financial sustainability of construction organizations are identified.
