The information security ensured by state authorities in the territory of the Russian Federation

The article discusses the topical issues of the state policy in the sphere of information security of the Russian Federation authorities. The author emphasizes the high need for organization and development of federal and regional programs supporting the information security, and delivers a legislative initiative on the adoption of the federal law "Concerning information cooperation of public authorities". Also, the necessity to create legal mechanisms of state registration of information systems and resources is discussed.
