In order to ensure the reliability and completeness of administrative practice, the synthesis of the appearance of its preventive management in conditions of opposition from participants is considered. It was proposed to guarantee administrative production within a reasonable time by means of the protective management subsystem based on geoinformatics and the ensuring management subsystem based on geolocation.
